PAYMENT POLICY
What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and other secure payment options available at checkout.
What is your cancellation policy? Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered the fulfillment process. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible, and the order must be treated as a return.

SHIPPING POLICY
What is your shipping turnaround time? Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Transit Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Do you provide tracking information? Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Do you ship internationally? No, currently we ship within the Contiguous United States only.
What should I do if my package is lost or delayed? If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact our support team at support@dreamlits.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
RETURN POLICY
What is your return policy? If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Are any items non-returnable? Yes. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
Who is responsible for return shipping costs? Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product sent by us.
How long will my refund take? Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 1-2 days of arrival), approved refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

Do I need an account to place an order? No, you may check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows for faster checkout and easier order tracking.
How can I check the status of my order? You will receive email updates at every stage. You can also use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to track the package directly with the carrier.
Can I change my order after placing it? Changes (such as address corrections) are possible only if the order has not yet entered the processing stage. Please contact support immediately if a change is required.
