Refund & Return Policy

We offer a hassle-free refund and return policy for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or return within 30 days from the delivery date.

Eligibility Conditions To be eligible for a refund or return, the product must be:

* Unused and unopened.

* In its original packaging.

* In the same condition as when you received it.

* Accompanied by a proof of purchase or order number.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us. Once your return request is authorized, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns are to be shipped to our fulfillment warehouse in New York (address listed below).

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

* If approved: A refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment.

* Timing: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

International Returns (Australia) For customers ordering from Australia, our standard 30-day return policy applies. However, please note:

  • Return Shipping Cost: International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
