Shipping Areas We currently ship to addresses within the Contiguous United States (Lower 48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Rates

Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $49.95 and above (before tax).

Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee of $4.95 applies to orders under $49.95.
Order Processing (Handling Time)

All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment warehouse in New York, USA.

Handling Time: Please allow 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) for us to process and dispatch your order.

Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are often processed the same day, but this is not guaranteed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Transit Time & Delivery

Transit Time: Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days to arrive.

Carriers: We use trusted carriers (such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx) to ensure your package arrives safely.
Note: Total delivery time = Handling Time (1-2 days) + Transit Time (3-5 days).
International Shipping (Australia) We are pleased to ship to our customers in Australia.

Orders AUD $75.00 and up: Free Shipping.

Orders under AUD $75.00: Flat Rate of AUD $9.95. (Adjust this price based on your actual costs).

Transit Time: Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery to Australia.

Duties & Taxes:

Prices displayed for Australian customers are exclusive of duties/import taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout.

For most orders under AUD $1,000, no additional import duties apply, but please check with your local customs office.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Lost or Delayed Packages While we rely on our carrier partners to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to weather, high volume, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist you.
